Our Story
Orso Health was founded with a singular mission: democratize clinical research to put patients first.
We believe everyone deserves access to clinical research and the opportunity to make informed decisions about their health. Yet for too long, clinical trials have been concentrated in large academic medical centers and standalone research centers—often far from the communities and patients they are intended to serve.
Orso Health began as the dedicated research organization for Modena Allergy & Asthma, embedding clinical trials directly into community-based practices. After successfully testing and refining this model, we expanded across therapeutic areas to build a growing network of multi-specialty, community-integrated research sites nationwide.
Today, Orso partners with board-certified physicians and established community practices to bring research directly to where patients already receive and trust their care. We provide the experienced research teams, infrastructure, training, regulatory, quality, and operational support needed to make practices research-ready.
For patients, this means greater access to innovative treatment options closer to home. For sponsors and CROs, it means access to trusted investigators and patient populations traditional research models may never reach—supported by scalable operations, accelerated enrollment, and high-quality data.
